Fantastic camping at woodlands, we have brought our children since they were very young and have been bringing our granddaughter for the last 3 years, but sadly the British weather wrecked our last two visits and last year we had to come home early, first time in 20 years camping! Am searching the web now for somewhere to stay nearby so we can come again this year. Pitches are fantastic and facilities best ever without the park bonus.

This is a great park for long or short breaks. Plenty to do in the park, whatever the weather. A great location to explore South Devon and the surrounding area. The amenities on the site are great. We have been going since our children were very small, as teenagers they still kept asking, when are we going back. Taking the grand-kids this year.

Top site, the kids were buzzing the whole time, I couldnt believe just how good the park was. The leisure park and zoo and the indoor play area were out of this world. I just couldnt fault the place at all. I also thought the staff were incredibly freindly and helpful, especially Julie who told us where , when and how everything was. Devon is simply beautiful and steeped in history and the weather was perfect. There are also a lot of other attractions in the area but you wont need them because you wont be able to get the kids out of the theme park!

Fantastic site. we were very impressed by the staff's attention to detail. We were booked in as part of a party of tents and our son is in a wheelchair. We were pitched close to the disabled toilet block which was a great help. Site is pretty, nice pitches which are level and not cramped. Toilets and communal facilities were very clean and i liked the fact that users were encouraged to clean up after themselves with cloths left by sinks and brushes in all shower areas.
Theme park was very good for the children to use as and when. Something for everyone! Dartmouth area is just beautiful. My only little point would be that the disabled shower is accessible to all and so we often had to queue while non disabled users were in there. This is an issue when a severely disabled person is unable to use any other area. Perhaps a deposit for a key would be better which is refundable on return. That would certainly have helped us a lot. Also a larger bathroom would be better as a tight squeeze for wheelchair, carers and person to be showered. Wet area would make it perfect! Definitely return to Woodlands though :)))

We stayed at Woodlands 23-28 July and had a brilliant time and amazing weather, facilites are exceptional and also spotlessly clean. The only things to take into consideration are people waking at 0630(loud)the donkey, peacock and seaguls who dont mind making noise during the night. Apart from these little things the site is wonderful and the surrounding area and beaches etc are amazing. Many thanks to Woodlands the kids loved it.

We stayed at woodlands 9_14 July and everything was fantastic. All the staff were great and everywhere was spotless, the shower blocks and toilets were immaculate, never a single speck of mud anywhere and we had some really heavy rain at times. Our pitch was an all weather pitch which was great and very level.we also thought it was brilliant value as the leisure park was included if you stay 2 or more nights. We will definitely be going again next year. Thanks everyone at woodlands for a great holiday
